An upline is someone who says, "I PROMISE I WILL CREATE AN
INCOME FOR YOU AND IN RETURN YOU PROMISE TO CREATE AN INCOME FOR
THE DOWNLINE I PLACE UNDER YOU."
That's how teamwork flows from the top.
Become an income creator. Create incomes for others. You get what
you give.
Do you want to be the best mlm team in the world? Then you must
build for your people and motivate them to build for their people.
It's as simple as that. Nothing gets done, until the team takes
responsibility for its own growth.
There is only one reason for attrition: upline does nothing for
downline. Downline gets discouraged. Downline quits. Upline gets
aggravated. Thinks opportunity is in the distance, instead of
embracing it right where they are.
THE CONTINUOUS CHANT OF UPLINE SHOULD BE:
"I PROMISE I WILL CREATE AN INCOME FOR YOU AND IN RETURN YOU
PROMISE TO CREATE AN INCOME FOR THE DOWNLINE I PLACE UNDER YOU."
The philosophy must be sold. Sell the sizzle. Sell the teamwork.
Make sales through the philosophy of uplines creating incomes for
downlines through a demonstration of sponsoring people for your
newbies.
The power shows up, but not until the introversion stops. Look
away from getting and start giving. The seeds of giving grow back
into income for you. But the seeds of getting take away from
everyone. If you truly want to get, then start giving sales to
your downlines.
The only thing you have to distinguish yourself from the
proliferation of new mlm programs flooding the marketplace is
your personal commitment to CREATE AN INCOME FOR THOSE YOU
SPONSOR.
Someone joins your program, they're saying, "Ok, I'll take a
chance. Show me what you've got." Well, SHOW THEM! Get
people under them and they won't quit. Show them how you got
people under them and then they'll copy you. Presto-change-o, you
go from rags to riches, as your philosophy of building for your
downline and creating incomes for your downline grows throughout
many levels.
Yes, actually come right out and promise to do it. Let them know
you'll never give up creating an income for them. Just show them
it can be done and they'll do it too. Stick your neck out. Make
the big commitment.
You have thousands and thousands of people coming online for the
first time everyday. Most of these people don't know their copy
from paste, but you have the opportunity to create lifelong and
faithful associates and workers out of them BUT YOU MUST BECOME
AN INCOME CREATOR FOR THEM.
How many have you created an income for? Why? What's stopping
you? Are you afraid to say to the world, "I PROMISE I WILL
CREATE AN INCOME FOR YOU AND IN RETURN YOU PROMISE TO CREATE AN
INCOME FOR THE DOWNLINE I PLACE UNDER YOU."
Don't you realize that anyone who criticizes your offer is only
saying, "I just don't have confidence." You can tweak
the products and services from here to kingdom come, but if the
upline is aloof, the downline will quit.
Come on people. I'm not feeding you hype and daydreams. This is
the real McCoy. I know you're not comatose, so just step forward
into success. The only thing you need to do is just DO IT.
