Would an extra $500 a month be a lot of
money? Maybe. Maybe not. It depends on your perspective. So here are a couple of
different perspectives for you to consider:
Perspective #1
If you were to start a business that by the
end of 12 months was generating for you an extra $500 a month, would that be a
lot of money? Some people think it wouldn't be very much money.
Perspective #2
Let's say you just got out of your car in the
shopping mall parking lot on your way to buy some clothes and noticed five,
crisp $100 bills blowing past you along your path towards the store. Would you
just keep on walking and leave them for someone else? What if the same thing
happened to you once a month while shopping at the same mall, would you still
say that an extra $500 a month wasn't much money?
In reality, many people challenged financially could actually turn their lives
around if they were able to generate an additional $500 a month. What about you?
If you started your own business that by the end of 12 months generated for you
an extra $500 a month, how would that change your life? Think about it for a
little while. Just to show you what's possible, here is an example what an extra
$300 a month can do. This came from a friend who helps people generate extra
income each month in their own business.
In this particular case he had a very conservative friend who got started in a
home business, and after a short while ended up generating an extra $300 a month
on a regular basis. This guy was kind of boring, so, not having anything
exciting about his life he simply applied the whole $300 to his home mortgage
each month. That may not sound like much, but in just four short years, his
house was paid for in full.
Sounds pretty good so far. Since he still had the extra $300 coming in each
month, and he now had an extra $700 a month from the house payment he no longer
needed to pay he decided to pool the money together and buy another house down
the street for rental property. The new house payment was $800 a month, but he
was able to rent it out for $900 a month.
So what did he do considering that he wasn't the most exciting guy in the world?
He took the rent money along with the original $700 a month mortgage payment he
freed up on his first house, and his $300 a month extra income from his own home
business and applied all of it to his new loan. Then, in just about 3 1/2 years
he had house number two paid in full.
What did he do next? He simply repeated the process on house number three and
once again paid it off in about 3 years. As a result, he now had rental revenue
coming in from two houses and his home business extra income of $300 a month,
all of which he could apply to house number four.
What was this person able to do with just an extra $300 a month? Well, in just
under ten years, he was able to gain $300,000 in net worth and create a net
asset value from his multiple income streams of $600,000. How many of you could
save $600,000 in just ten years?
You see, only an extra $500 a month can create a large net asset value in your
life even if it never grows any larger. It all depends on what you do with it.
Does it really require a large amount of cash flow to gain financial freedom in
your life? No! When you focus on generating a realistic extra $300 to $500 a
month your financial freedom is right around the corner.

Article 1: Building Strategies!
The trick to building your organization is to not leave out the DUPLICATING NECESSITY PART.
The problem a lot of people run into is that they get some downlines and the
downlines just sit there not doing anything. What the downlines are failing
to do is duplicate the methods that made the sale on them. If they would duplicate
the selling procedures they followed into buying, then they would be productive and
have their own growing downlines they could be an example to and the selling
procedure wouldn't sputter and quit.
A lot of times, just in order to get a sale, a distributor settles for an uncooperative
and unproductive downline member. This ruins everything, because the secret to network
marketing wealth is: EVERYONE DOES A LITTLE SO EVERYONE CAN MAKE A LOT.
The huge problem in network marketing is:
ONE PERSON DOING EVERYTHING AND A BUNCH OF PEOPLE DOING NOTHING.
Persuading others to join you is part of the parcel. It is wrong to your
uplines, downlines, to yourself, and to the people you are cheating out of a good opportunity
because you refuse to convince them to join. WHEN PEOPLE WON'T PUT THEIR HEART
INTO IT, THE SALE IS NOT MADE.
Another horrible and in my opinion inexcusable problem in network marketing
is people refusing to act as a team. There are way too many unproductive lone rangers
trying their hand at network marketing. TEAMS BUILD BIG DOWNLINES WHILE UNPRODUCTIVE
LONE RANGERS CHEAT THEMSELVES AND EVERYBODY ELSE.
Another problem is lack of focus and sincere effort. There are way too many people skipping
on to the next thing and have never coordinated an effective effort in what they just left.
LACK OF FOCUS AND FAILURE TO USE PROVEN METHODS CREATES FINANCIAL LOSSES.
If you are going to be an effective internet marketer, you are going to have to understand
your online environment. People get distracted very easily and go wandering about collecting
all kinds of programs. If you are going to succeed, you must establish your voice and that
of your group as a constant among that which is constantly changing. YOU AND YOUR GROUP MUST
GET AND KEEP PEOPLE'S ATTENTION FOCUSED ON YOU AND YOUR GROUP AND WHAT YOU ARE WORKING TO
ACCOMPLISH.
Now look at this problem:
TOO FEW TEACHERS
There are way too many people running around "learning" things they really refuse to learn.
People need to stop "learning" so much and start WORKING WHAT WORKS IN ORDER TO TEACH
OTHERS WHAT WORKS AND STAND BY THEM TO MAKE SURE THE NEW PEOPLE WORK WHAT WORKS.
Another problem is bad inquiry management. 1. You ought to have a team. 2. Whenever the
team comes up with a lead, everyone should be clamoring over themselves to welcome that
inquirer, offer help to that inquirer, get to know that inquirer, answer that inquirer's
questions and ASSURE THAT INQUIRER THAT THE TEAM WILL MAKE THEM SUCCEED, THEN MAKE THEM
SUCCEED.
Finally:
TOO MANY FOLLOWERS
There are way too many people who don't take the lead for organizing group effort. Much
like "sheep without a shepherd," there's too much aimless and dangerous wandering that
goes on. DON'T ASK WHO THE LEADER IS BECAUSE THE LEADER IS YOU.

Article 2: Complaints Department...Next Aisle!
A morning of last January I awoke to find 6 inches of fresh snow on the ground.
The radio announcer was complaining about the snow, the people at the
coffee shop were complaining about the snow, YET...
My son was just bouncing off the walls, he was so happy to see the
snow on the ground. It means building snow forts, snowball fights and
just looking at the path you leave when you are the first one down the
driveway. Such enthusiasm could not be contained. I loved his
excitement, I choose to see the world through his eyes this morning.
Have you ever noticed how many people complain about their life, yet
do little to improve it.
T Harv Eker says, "When you spend your life
complaining, you become a Giant Crap Magnet"
In other words you draw unto yourself all the despair in your life. It
is not an easy thing to keep a positive outlook all the time. But , it
is MOST necessary if you want to change your paradigm and change what
is currently going on.
Life Responds To Your Outlook!
Here is your challenge.... Go 7 days without complaining and watch the
change in the things that come to you. Now understand this, You have
been complaining a long time so you may still have some crap coming
your way. That is the thing about crap, it moves at the speed of crap.
Every time you find yourself about to complain about some thing or
some one, just say to yourself, "Thank You for sharing", and
move along. If you find yourself around others who are complaining,
get the heck away from them. They will Suck the Life out of you.

will learn more being fascinated by life than you will by being

It amazes me how this can even tie in to Quantum Physics. Your wishing
bad on yourself or others can effect your Health and your Wealth. Your
Success is tied to your Outlook.
